Preorder Policy

If a product’s availability is listed as ‘Preorder’ then it is currently unavailable. Once you’ve place your Preorder you are reserving the product and your credit card will be charged and authorized right away. If you wish to cancel a Preorder, it will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee.

Any item listed as a Preorder has not arrived but is available to be ordered, as we have an order already placed for the merchandise in question. The item(s) are not actually in stock until they are removed from the Preorder category, and the word ‘Preorder’ is removed from the heading. Preorder item(s) will ship as soon as they arrive at the warehouse. If a Preorder item is ordered at the same time as an in stock item, the entire order will be held and shipped when all products in the order have arrived. While we will not be aware of the condition of the items until they arrive, we will strive to provide the best quality items as always for all Preorders before listing the remainder of the items on our site as ‘In Stock.’ We generally order more than enough to cover all Preorders, but in the odd occurrence that partial orders are received or delayed, we will fill all Preorders first before listing any remaining items on the site. We will do everything possible to fill all Preorders in a timely fashion should a shortage from the manufacturer or wholesaler should occur.

Please note, with any Preorder, assortments or items themselves may be changed by the manufacturer at any time, and thus shipments may be changed, delayed or cancelled. If we are unable to fulfill any Preorder due to a change by the manufacturer, the Preorder will be cancelled and the customer notified immediately via the e-mail address used at the time of the order. At any time, we reserve the right to close any Preorder if there are an excessive amount of Preorders for a specific item, in order to guarantee all orders to be filled fairly and in a timely fashion

Exchange Policy

We will exchange an item if all shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and the item was unopened. Not all items are valid for exchange. However if the requested exchange is because...We sent the wrong item then We will cover shipping with our selected shipping method.. Once we have received the item..and item is in new condition..we will ship out your ordered item quickly.

Typographical errors

We are not bound to honour any typographical errors, should there be any, though we try to make sure everything is accurate.

Return Policy

• ALL Sales are final unless due to a mistake on our part. We do not issue Refunds for any opened or used items. We do not issue refunds, exchanges on any device due to installation damage.
• Depending on the circumstances we may exchange or repair the item if it is found to be defective ,We will replace the item and cover the shipping back to you...but you are still responsible to initially ship back the item.
• If the item sent to us is not found to be defective but due to installation damage..then the Return Policy is null and void and are not obligated to do so and reserve the right to refuse an exchange depending on the circumstance. .
• If Item was found to be in good working order...then there will be a shipping fee required for us to ship it back to you.
• Consider all our product sales as final sale items. In Special circumstances that we do offer a refund, but we must receive the item within 7 days of your receipt. Either way the shipping fees are never refunded.

For North America... Shipping time can take usually 1-5 business days depending on location or unforseen delays. These are approximations only, your actual times may vary. We have noticed on average most our Canadian customers receive their orders 1-4 business days from the time the order is shipped,. and our American Customers usually within 3-7 business days from the time the order is shipped.
Canadian Postal services operate Mon-Fri only.

For International ...Delivery Time is usually 7 - 14 Business Days
